Donald Kelley


Donald's experience is in education, training, and technical documentation. Mr. Kelley is the former Director of Training and Technical Documentation at General Scanning. He consulted to companies such as Prentice Hall, IBM, Dun and Bradstreet, GTE, and Apple Computer in the areas of training and educational technology and directed science education programs for secondary schools in New York City and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He received his Ed.M. in Educational Technology from Harvard University. He is currently Executive Director of the BrainShift Foundation.

Sue Coakley


Sue is Executive Director of Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP) which she helped to found in 1996 as a regional information resource for policymakers and efficiency program administrators, and to facilitate regional partnerships to advance and coordinate energy efficiency policy and program strategies. Ms. Coakley has been involved in energy policy, renewables and efficiency programs and policy advocacy since 1980. She served as the first Energy Efficiency Policy manager for the MA Department of Public Utilities, and since then has also served as an expert witness, consultant and coordinator for multi-party collaboratives to design and develop ratepayer-funded energy efficiency programs and budgets. She holds a Masters degree in Resource Management and Administration from Antioch New England, and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from Windham College. Since 1994 she has served on the Board of Directors of the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation.

David Rabkin


David is the Farinon Director for Current Science and Technology at Boston's Museum of science, where he focuses on repositioning the Museum of Science as a sophisticated, relevant, and up-to-date venue for adults in the Boston area. His position includes responsibility for the Museum's: lectures and special events; planetarium; Current Science & Technology presentations, podcasts, cable TV broadcasts, and exhibits; Forum dialogue program that brings the public together with policy makers and scientists to address current science/technology issues facing those policy-makers; and a new gallery focused on adults that will use art to help explore new science, technology, and their implications. David received an AB in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University and a Ph.D from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management.

Kim Lundgren


Fornerly the U.S. Services Director for ICLEI USA, Kim oversaw all of the membership services and the regional offices. Kim joined ICLEI in 2005, as the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, to open ICLEI's first regional office in Boston, MA. During that time, she grew the office to its current five full time staff and supported a doubling of the membership in the region. Before joining ICLEI, she was the Director of the City of Medford's Energy & Environment Department where she was responsible for all energy efficiency and environmental initiatives in the City, including the development and implementation of the City's Climate Action Plan. Through this plan the City reduced emissions of greenhouse gases and criteria air pollutants through various measures related to buildings, transportation, lighting, clean energy installation, and education.
