The BrainShift Foundation, Inc. is organized exclusively for educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. To this end, the corporation engages in activities that empower individuals and organizations through education to transform their lives and the communities in which they operate. All funds, whether income or principal, and whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, shall be devoted to these purposes.
